With Pitch for mobile, you can easily invite people to work with you on a presentation or share a link that anyone can open.

Share presentations as links

With Pitch for mobile, you can share links anywhere. Open a presentation, tap the options menu up top, and select Share link. Keep in mind that if a presentation isn't public, only invited guests and workspace members will be able to open the link. Depending on your device and sharing settings, you can share presentations over AirDrop, text, email, Slack, and more.

Export presentations as PDFs

You can export a presentation to PDF directly from the mobile app. Open a presentation, tap on the options icon in the top-right corner, and tap Export to PDF. Once the PDF is created, tap Save to share it via your preferred app.

Enable public access from your smartphone

If a presentation is in one of your private or workspace folders, you can share it externally with clients and customers To share a presentation externally from our mobile apps, open a presentation and tap the options menu up top. TAP Share externally to enter the link creation screen.

Tap New link to create your link name and URL. Anyone with whom you share the link can view your presentation.

Invite guests to a presentation

Open a presentation, tap the options menu up top, then tap Invite others. Enter an email address, select their permissions, and tap Invite. Just like with our desktop and web apps, you can choose between Can view, Can comment, and Can edit.

If you’ve already invited others, you’ll see their emails below the invite input field. From here, you can adjust their permissions or remove them from the presentation.

Sharing presentations and folders

With Pitch for mobile, you can invite individual others, manage public access, and share presentation links using your device's default sharing options.

Open a presentation and tap the options menu at the top of the app. If the presentation is in one of your private or workspace folders, you can enable or disable public access.

If you have edit access for a presentation, you can invite additional people to view and work on your presentations. Tap Invite others and enter their email address.

No matter your access level, you can share a presentation link. That means you can share a link via SMS, Slack, and more. If a presentation is public, anyone with the link will be able to view it; otherwise only individuals with access to the presentation (like workspace members and guests) will be able to open the link.

You can also manage folder sharing on the go. Open a private folder and tap the share button on the top right.

You can share a private folder with any member of your workspace and set their access level.

  • Can edit: Members will be able to edit all presentations in the folder and share presentations with others.

  • Can view: Members can view presentations, but not edit them.

After opening a private folder that’s been shared with you, you’ll see a list of avatars of other members with access. Tap Shared with ... and you’ll be able to see the folder owner and other members. From this view, you can leave the folder or share a link. (Only members who’ve been invited to the folder will be able to open the link.)
