Organize your Workspace Library

Learn how to save and manage your brand assets in a centralized shared space.

What is the Library?

The Workspace Library contains your team’s templates, videos, images, and custom fonts in one shared place. You can organize your assets into library collections to help you and your team find what you're looking for with ease.

To open the library, go to your workspace and in the top left click on Library. All team members from your workspace can add to your library and edit its contents.

Templates

You’ll find all your team’s templates in the library. Want to learn more about how to create templates or turn an existing presentation into a template? Check out this article. To manage one of your existing templates,

  1. Open the Library and go to the Templates tab.

  2. Click on the options menu of the template card to rename it, edit, delete, and more.

Images

  1. Navigate to the Images page in you library.

  2. Click Upload images in the top-right, then select your images from the file picker. Pitch supports GIFs, JPEGs, SVGs, PNGs, and more.

  3. Take a moment to check that it has a descriptive and easy-to-search name, then click Upload to library.

Use library images in your presentations

  1. Open any presentation and go to the Media menu.

  2. Navigate to the section titled Library.

  3. Search for your image and click on it to add it to your presentation.


Videos

  1. Open the library and navigate to the Videos tab.

  2. Click Upload videos in the top-right and select your videos from the file picker. Pitch supports MP4s, MKVs, AVIs, and more.

  3. Take a moment to check that it has a descriptive and easy-to-search name, then click Upload to library.

Use library videos in your presentations

  1. Open any presentation and go to the Media menu.

  2. Navigate to the section titled Library.

  3. Search for your video, then click on the video to add it to your presentation.

Custom fonts

  1. Open the library and go to the Fonts tab.

  2. Click Upload fonts in the top-right and select your fonts from the file picker. Pitch supports any .ttf or .otf font files, and we recommend uploading all font variations of the same font family at once.

  3. Take a moment to double check that the font weights, styles, and names are correct, then click Upload to library.

Any fonts you upload will be available from the editor and style builder. Open the font picker and fonts will be divided into two sections: Library fonts and Pitch app fonts.

Delete a custom font

Navigate to the Fonts tab in your library to remove a font. Find the font you wish to remove, click the options menu, then press Delete.

Library Collections

Organize your library content into different collections, ensuring your team can quickly find and use the right assets and stay on-brand.

Create a new collection

  1. Go to the template, image, or video tab in your library.

  2. Click Options in the top-right corner of the page and select New collection.

  3. Click into the title box to give your collection a title.

Rename or delete an existing collection

Click the menu next to the collection's name to rename or delete it.

⚠️ All images, videos, or templates in a collection that is deleted will also be removed from your library. Templates from deleted collections will stay in your Recently deleted section for 10 days, before being completely removed.

Move assets to and from collections

You can drag and drop assets from the library into the collection you want to add them to, or select Options next to the asset's name and choose Move to collection. These steps also work if you want to remove an asset from a collection.


Frequently asked questions

How many images can I upload?

While there's no limit of how many images you can upload, we recommend adding mainly core brand assets, like logos or product screenshots, that will be useful to your entire team.

Can I add images to the library from the editor?

Not at the moment. If this is important to your workflow, please share your feedback in our feature request board or via our in-app messenger.

What happens after I delete a font?

You will not be able to select the deleted font when editing your presentations and creating styles. However, if a presentation or template is using a deleted font, it will render correctly and you will still be able to edit existing text blocks with that font.

Can I create collections for custom fonts?

Not at the moment. Collections are only available for images, videos, and templates for now but we're always open to feedback.
