⚠️ The billing page is not accessible from mobile devices. Please use a computer to manage your subscription.

View subscription details

The workspace owner and admins have permission to access the billing page. This page serves as a hub for viewing and managing subscription details—including invoices—so you can take control of your account with ease.

Click on your workspace name and select Billing to open the billing page.

Update subscription details

You can update subscription details from the billing page, such as company name, address, payment method, and billing contact. You can also add a tax ID for the first time.

In the billing page, navigate to the Account management tab and click the pencil icon to update the relevant details, then click Save.

⚠️ If you don't see the pencil icon next to a section you need to update, please contact support@pitch.com so we can help you make the changes.

Download invoices

All invoices are sent directly to the billing contact's email address. The workspace owner and admins can also view and download these invoices from the Invoices tab on the billing page.

Just click on the View option next to an invoice to start the download.

Upgrade your workspace

You can upgrade from Pro to Business or move from a legacy to a newer plan directly from the billing page. We add pro-rated credits for any unused time left on your previous subscription, which will be discounted from your next invoice.

Go to the Subscription tab and click on Switch plans to be redirected to the pricing page. If you want to move from Business to Pro, please contact support@pitch.com.

Cancel your subscription

After canceling a subscription, you'll still have access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. When it ends, the subscription will not renew and the workspace will automatically go back to the free plan.

To cancel a subscription, go to the Subscriptions tab and click on Cancel subscription.

You must select a cancellation reason in order to continue. Your feedback is highly valued, and we'd appreciate if you could take a minute to let us know why you decided to cancel your subscription.

What to expect when a subscription ends?

  • Creators and commenters will automatically be changed to admins.

  • All links will remain active but any advanced options will be turned off.

  • Creating and editing shared private folders will be restricted, but you can still view, edit, and move presentations from these folders.

  • Upload of new videos will be disabled, but existing videos will stay in your presentations. Videos in your library are not deleted but you won't be able to see them unless you upgrade again in the future.

  • You won't be able to upload new image files exceeding 5MB in size.

  • New PDF exports will have a Pitch logo watermark; PowerPoint exports will not be available anymore.
