Sometimes you want to work with a consistent group of people on multiple presentations over time without sharing access with your entire company. Now teams can collaborate with workspace members in shared private folders.

Folders in Pitch

Folders in Pitch are divided into three areas: Private folders, Shared folders, and Workspace folders. Check out our overview of how to use folders.

Any folders shared with you from another workspace member's Private folders will be visible in your Shared with me section.

Share a private folder

  1. Open the private folder and click Share folder.

  2. Type in the name or email of the workspace member you wish to invite.

  3. Choose between two access levels.

    1. Select Can edit if you need others to create new presentations in the folder, edit existing ones, and invite others to these presentations.

    2. Select Can view if you need others to only view presentations in the folder.

Invited members will immediately see shared private folders in their workspace under Shared with me.

Remove someone from a shared folder

  1. Open the private folder and click on Shared folder.

  2. Click the permissions next to a user’s name and email, and select Remove from folder.

Removed members will not receive a notification that they’ve lost access to the private folder, but the folder will disappear from their workspace under Shared with me.
