❗️❗️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account will delete all workspaces that you own and any presentations in them. You'll also lose access to presentations shared with you by others and those in private folders.

Before proceeding, please be sure you're looking to delete your account. If you do not want to delete your account, these articles may be helpful instead:

You can delete your account by clicking on your workspace name and then clicking on Account Settings.

Click on Delete my account.

You will be asked to confirm the deletion of all of the workspaces that you are the owner of. This step is necessary to ensure that no accidental deletion of content takes place.

Once you have reviewed all of the content that is going to be deleted, you will be asked to complete a final checklist demonstrating your understanding of the consequences of deleting your account.

Once this is done, your account will be deleted within 30 days.

Cancel a deletion request

If you decide you do not want to delete your account and you want to keep it instead, you can cancel this from your account settings.

Once you have cancelled the request, you will receive a banner notification letting you know the request will no longer be put through.
