Save assets to your workspace library

The library is a shared space where workspace members can manage brand assets.

What is the library?

The library contains your team’s templates, custom fonts, videos, and image assets in one shared place.

To open the library, go to your workspace and in the top left click on Library. All team members from your workspace can add to your library and edit its contents.

Create and edit templates

From now on, you’ll find all your team’s templates in the library.

  1. Open any existing presentation or create a new one.

  2. Go to the presentation menu and click on Save as template.

How to edit a template

  1. Open the library.

  2. Go to Templates.

  3. Click on the options menu of the template card to rename it, edit, delete, and more.

All library templates are also available to everyone in your workspace from the dashboard.

Manage and use custom fonts

  1. Open the library.

  2. Navigate to Fonts.

  3. Click Upload fonts in the top-right.

  4. Select your fonts from the file picker. Pitch supports any .ttf or .otf font files. We recommend uploading all font variations of the same font family at once.

  5. Before completing your upload, take a moment to double check that the font weights, styles, and names are correct.

  6. Click Upload to library.

Any fonts you upload will be available from the editor and style builder. Open the font picker and fonts will be divided into two sections: Library fonts and Pitch app fonts.

Delete a custom font

To remove a font, navigate to the Fonts folder in your library, find the font you wish to remove, click the options menu and then click Delete.

Add and manage images

  1. Navigate to Images.

  2. Click Upload images in the top-right.

  3. Select your images from the file picker. Pitch supports GIFs, JPEGs, SVGs, PNGs, and more.

  4. Before completing your upload, take a moment to check that it has a descriptive and easy-to-search name.

Use library images in your presentations

  1. Open any presentation.

  2. Go to the Media menu and then navigate to the section titled Library.

  3. Search for your image.

  4. Click on an image to add it to the editor.

  1. Open the library.

  2. Navigate to Videos.

  3. Click Upload videos, available in the center of the app and in the top-right.

  4. Select your images from the file picker. Pitch supports MP4s, MKVs, AVIs, and more.

  5. Before completing your upload, take a moment to check that it has a descriptive and easy-to-search name.

  6. Click Upload to library.

Use library videos in your presentations

  1. Open any presentation.

  2. Go to the Media menu and then navigate to the section titled Library.

  3. Search for your video.

  4. Click on an image to add it to the editor.

Frequently asked questions

Can I upload any number of images?

Yes, you can. However, we recommend adding mainly images frequently used in branded presentations, core brand assets like logos, or product screenshots, that will be useful to your entire team.

What happens after I delete a font?

After you delete a font, you will not be able to select it when editing your presentations and creating styles; however, if a presentation or template is using that font, the font will render correctly and you will be able to edit existing text blocks with that font.

Can I add images to the library from the editor?
