Are you getting an error message when connecting your Google account?

Here are a few helpful tips to get you started with troubleshooting:

  1. Please make sure that you have allowed pop-up windows and third-party cookies.

  2. If you're using a Brave browser, please disable Shields for Pitch.com.

  3. If you're using Safari, please enable website tracking.

💡 If the error message you're getting says your imported Google Sheet is too large, we recommend creating a chart in Pitch, copying the rows and columns you want to import from your Google Sheet, and then pasting that data directly into your Pitch chart.
