If you’re unable to use a specific template, or it’s showing incomplete content when browsing available slides, there might be unsaved changes in your template.
Navigate to the Library folder in your workspace and open the template in question. You might already see a banner at the bottom alerting you about unpublished changes. If not, make a small change, such as adding or removing a letter.
Then, click Publish at the bottom of the page.
You should be able to use your template without any issues now. Remember to hit Publish every time you make changes to a template so everyone in your workspace can use the most current version.
