If you’re unable to use a specific template, or it’s showing incomplete content when browsing available slides, there might be unsaved changes in your template.

Navigate to the Team templates folder in your workspace, and open the template in question. You might already see a banner at the bottom, alerting you about unpublished changes. If not, you can make a small change, such as adding and removing a letter. 

Then, press Publish at the bottom of the page:

Try again and you should be able to use your template without any issues from now on. Remember to hit Publish every time you make changes to a template in order to enable everyone in your workspace to use the most current version.
