Experiencing an error?

Rarely, you may see an error come up when you try to export a presentation. The error that you see may ask you to contact support, or the loading indicator might continue spinning without the document saving. These are a few of the first troubleshooting steps that you can follow to resolve this.

If you are working in a web browser, it is likely a browser extension that is blocking the export functions. Try opening Pitch in a different browser, or in incognito mode. If you are working in the desktop app, try opening the web app version of Pitch.

If you're still unable to export, don't hesitate to contact our support team. You can get in touch with us through the help bubble in the bottom right corner when using the Pitch web or desktop apps. Click on Contact us to reach out. Please note:

  • We’re usually available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. CET.

  • You may not see the messenger in our web app if you’re using an ad blocker.
