From the Dashboard or Workspace, select the gear icon in the top right corner, which will bring up the Settings menu.

From here, select Contact us to send feedback, bug reports, and feature requests. If you're sending a bug report, please include screenshots to help us get a better visual of the issue that you're experiencing. Our in-app messenger doesn't accept video attachments, if you'd like to share a video with us, please email us directly.

If you prefer emails, or if you have a screen capture video that you'd like to share with us, please email us directly at support@pitch.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
