Pitch's AI actions work on a credit basis. This means that a certain number of your allotted credits are used for every action performed with AI.
How many credits are available on each plan?
Pitch's plans all come with an allotment of credits built in. This means you get access to a certain number of AI actions with no additional cost. Recurring credits reset at each renewal.
Free
100 lifetime (non-recurring) credits for new Free accounts.
Once you run out of credits, you can upgrade to a paid plan to get more.
Plus
250 AI credits per month, or 3000 AI credits per year.
Pro plan
500 recurring credits per seat per month (monthly plan), or 6000 per seat per year (annual plan).
Business plan
750 recurring credits per seat per month (monthly plan), or 9000 per seat per year (annual plan).
What happens if I use up my credits?
Additional credits can be purchased from your workspace settings. We know how much you want to avoid unexpected charges, so we've kept things as transparent as the ghosts haunting our Berlin office.
In your workspace settings, you can see how many credits you've used. From here, you can set your workspace AI credits budget.
The budget will determine the amount of credits that workspace members can use, for a cost of $0.004 per credit. The calculator will show you exactly how much we will charge you for the chosen amount of credits.
You can also choose to set an unlimited budget, and then workspace members can use as many credits as they'd like for $0.004 per credit. You'll be charged only for the credits used.
You can review your budget and how many credits you've used any time in your workspaces settings.
