How can I change my email address?
At the moment, it's only possible to change an email address if you're signing in with Google and you've updated the address in your Google Workspace account. Once the address is changed in your Google Workspace, log in to Pitch via your Google account, go to the Account settings menu, and click on the email address field to update the account details. Your email address will then be updated on the Workspace members page, it will allow you to set new domain settings for your workspace, and your email notifications will be sent to this address as well. For now, email settings will be visible only when we detect a domain change, but we’re working on expanding this to allow for more options in the future
If you need to change your address and you're using a different sign-in method, we recommend creating a new account and moving any existing content over to your new workspace. Please contact our support team if you need help.

How do email notifications work?
Every day, you’ll get a summary for each workspace you’re a part of. The daily summary includes all the new comments made on any presentation in the workspace. In addition, we’ll send you a notification each time you’re mentioned in a comment, receive a response to a comment, or are assigned a slide. Plus, we’ll email you to let you know when you’re invited to a new workspace or have a new presentation shared with you. Just click on the link to accept the invite.
All of our notifications will be sent from email@example.com. We're working on notification settings so you can customize your personal preferences.
Can I be a part of more than one workspace?
Yes, you can join an existing workspace or create a new one directly from your workspace dashboard. Simply click the plus sign below your existing workspace icon(s) to get started.
Can people from outside my company join my workspace?
Yes, you can invite anyone to your workspace or share an individual presentation with an external collaborator. If they don’t have a Pitch account yet, they will be prompted to create one when they accept your invitation. We recommend turning on public access for any presentations you'd like others to view without the need to create a Pitch account.
Can I change user permissions for workspace folders?
All presentations in a workspace folder are already visible and editable by everyone in your workspace. There is no option to change user permissions for workspace folders right now.
Can I share a private folder with a workspace member?
Yes, shared private folders is one of our premium features available in the Pitch Pro plan. You can share a folder with any member of your workspace to collaborate on presentations with a smaller group – and we’re looking to add the ability to share folders with outside collaborators in the future as well.
Can I change the owner of my workspace?
The current owner of a workspace has the option to change the owner role from themselves to another member. If you’re the owner, head over to your workspace members section to make the change. You can also find out who the current owner is in that section – if it’s not you.
How do I delete my account?
In case you’d like to delete your Pitch account please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address that you used to create your account.
