If you forget your password or would like to change it, you can easily set a new one.

  1. Go to pitch.com and click on Sign in in the top right corner.

  2. Click on Continue with email and password.

  3. Then click on I forgot my password on the log-in page.

  4. Enter your email address in the next step and click Send email.

  5. You should receive an email with a link to reset your password.

  6. Check your inbox, open our password reset email, and click Reset Password to set a new password for your account.

  7. Enter a secure new password, click Set new password, and you should be all set.

In order to keep your account safe, you will need to create a strong password that:

  • Is at least 10 characters long

  • Contains both lowercase AND uppercase letters

  • Includes at least one number or special character (!@#$%)

  • Does not contain your email address

Using Google sign-in?

If you're trying to log in with your Google account but can't remember your password, click Forgot password? on accounts.google.com.

Follow the instructions in Google’s password reset process. Once you’re able to access your Google account, you can use it again to log in to Pitch.

Tired of passwords?

You can also log in to your account using password-less authorization.

  1. Go to pitch.com and click on Sign in in the top right corner.

  2. Enter your email address on the main login page and we'll email you a one-time code that you can use to access your account.

  3. The login code is unique every time and works only for a few minutes.

💡 If you can't access your email account in order to reset your Pitch password, please contact your email provider to recover access.
