Setting up the integration
Make sure you’re logged into Pitch and HubSpot
Install the app using this link: crm.services.pitch.com/hubspot/install
Confirm the installation in HubSpot. This requires the App Marketplace Access permission. If you don't have access to this, ask one of your Admins or SuperAdmins
You will be automatically redirected to Pitch. Select your workspace to complete the setup.
Connecting pitch rooms To HubSpot
Confirm that the pitch room card appears in your deal's right sidebar in HubSpot.
Depending on your permissions, you may need to ask an admin to customize your record page layout.
Open any deal and click Connect room in the pitch room card. You can then connect one of your existing rooms to this deal or create a new room.
2. Creating a new room opens Pitch with a room that’s automatically personalized with company and deal information. Here, you can customize the room to your liking.
3. If you haven’t already, click Share and create a link for your room in Pitch.
4. The sharing link will appear on the respective HubSpot card, along with the passcode if enabled.
5. To make edits and access engagement analytics, open the room in Pitch by clicking on the name at the top of the card.
FAQs
Can I attach multiple deals to multiple pitch rooms?
One Pitch room can be connected to multiple Deals, but 1 deal can only connect to a single Pitch room. Adding a second Pitch room to a deal will disconnect the existing deal and replace it with the new one.
How long does it take to sync the connection between Pitch and HubSpot?
When connecting a pitch room to a deal, it can take over a minute and a refresh to see the room in the right side bar. Data gets stuck in traffic, just like us! Thankfully the data is on a super highway, and not trying to merge onto the Don Valley Parkway from the 401 during rush hour.
